Sad news
It has been a long time since I was active here and I am sorry. Things have been really hard the last month and I had to take responsibility for the fact that I am human, and sometimes things get to hard for us to deal with. Accept that seeing someone is the right thing to do and ignoring mental health is the wrong thing to do. But please see someone that doesn't just sit there and nod at you saying, and how does that make you feel? That doesn't work. See someone who does CBT, EDMR, and can be honest with you. I beg you all to seek proper aid when you feel like the world is caving in or your happiness is shattered. Broken to the point
New year, New Perspective
Hey there! Just wanted to let you guys know that I am still around! I hope you all had a good holiday and a happy new year to follow.
I am not one for resolutions but this year I needed one. Its funny that an author who wrote a book about the dangers and destruction of fear, struggles with fear still. Fear is a beast that is hard to tame, that is for certain. Though I had heard something recently that made me grin ear to ear, because once more, it was something I wrote about and did not listen to.
Love is the opposite of fear, when there is love, there is no room for fear at the same time.
