He was easy, and I was only down to half my energy total by the time I beat him.

I agree he wasn't so bad! He should of have been more challenging.  However I liked the change in combats styles with him in prime 3.  =)

Good job, except samus's leg's look like an impossible object illusion.

Yeah that is bugging me too. I need to fix that. I used poser to get a good pose...ether a miss draw or just bad perspective. Her foot defintaly not right.

There was something so satisfying about that fight; finally being able to yank open his chest and pour incandescent fire straight onto his heart, perhaps.

Rofl, hmm yes I think that would be about right!

I liked it because you got to fight ridley in a new way, a small step up from the first prime battle.

Both Ridley battles in Prime 3 were great, and had the feel of an epic showdown to them. Pay attention, developers, because the fight with your franchise's best-known villain should _never_ feel like an afterthought!

INDEED! =D You are right! My reaction to falling with ridley down a deep tube was complete awe! I had to play it over after the first time!

I remember thinking, "it's okay if I die in this fight, because it means I get to do this again!"

It is possible to upload new or revised artworks to the same page without having to create a new one. That way you don't have to lose all the previous comments. But I still fave'd it all the same!

Lol congrats on beating him! He does have a nice design! I didn't realize how much there was to him untill I studied him carefully for my sculpture.(In my gallery!) I knew I had to draw him! Helped me to do the sculpture and drawing in sync.

Will do, the refs are hard to come by on google. I didn't notice the black+orange wiring on the wings and neck before. What did you use for reference?

I know! I love all the wores running through. The sculpture will ahve them added later, but they wont glow =/ Maybe i'll figure it out later.
References...
A lot of pauing of the battle video for color. Watch carefully now that you know, you can see the wires in his neck, wing, back, chest, and tail have an orange glow that runs through them. Esseciatly every part of him has power running to it.
I used the game model of omega also. I got it from facepunch. I don't have the programs to run it or pose it. I was able to load it into Poser 6. I tried for my life to add bones to pose him but I got so irritaed with it not working out, he has too many parts!

Haha understood, grar he's so complex xD I have a new sketch of him all drawn out in detail, but a lot of it I just made up my own design so I could be creative(and not be dutiful to every little detail, haha xD) /fails ;w;

lol yeah mines not perfect either there are spots I added my own touch to, or just didn't do. But there was a lot I would have missed out on not taking a closer look. I have a meta ridley sculpt I did prior to this. The details I missed make me mad, and he had an oven accident. His wings got to heavy and fell back. So I improvised a fix but I'm not happy with that either. So I learned a new approach with omega. Working much better!
