It has been a long time since I was active here and I am sorry. Things have been really hard the last month and I had to take responsibility for the fact that I am human, and sometimes things get to hard for us to deal with. Accept that seeing someone is the right thing to do and ignoring mental health is the wrong thing to do. But please see someone that doesn't just sit there and nod at you saying, and how does that make you feel? That doesn't work. See someone who does CBT, EDMR, and can be honest with you. I beg you all to seek proper aid when you feel like the world is caving in or your happiness is shattered. Broken to the point
